Terms of Service

1. Who can use LMT Live

You must be at least 18 years old. Creators must also verify their identity and age before streaming.

Each person may have only one fan account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You may not use LMT Live if you live in a country subject to U.S. sanctions or if we have previously suspended you.

2. The service

LMT Live lets you watch creators' live streams, see their posts (photos and videos), like, comment, chat, send digital gifts, unlock exclusive posts and buy content packs. All content must be suitable for all audiences.

Streams are not recorded or published afterwards unless stated otherwise. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

3. Tokens

Tokens are digital items licensed to you for use within LMT Live. They are not money, have no value outside the platform, earn no interest and are not your property.

Tokens cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, sold or traded outside the platform. Package prices are shown before payment and may change; a change does not affect tokens you already have.

Bonus or gift tokens (for example, the Founder bonus or first top-up bonus) are free and follow the same rules.

Your tokens do not expire while your account is active. If you close your account or we suspend it for violating these terms, unused tokens are forfeited, except as provided in the Refund Policy or by law.

4. Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Tokens are credited after the payment is confirmed. For security we apply daily purchase limits (lower for new accounts) and may pause an account's purchases if there are signs of fraud or a chargeback. Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Gifts and personalized content

Sending a gift is voluntary support for the creator and is final: tokens used on gifts are not returned. A gift does not buy any action, special treatment or contact with the creator. Some creators attach content packs as rewards to certain gifts: when they do, it is shown on the gift and, when you send it, you receive by message the next pack in that category that you don't have yet, while any remain; once you have them all, the gift is just support. Unlocking an exclusive post or buying a pack is also final; if our team removes that content for breaking the rules, we refund the tokens. Custom requests: when you place one, your tokens are held and the creator only receives them when she delivers; if she declines, if you cancel before she accepts, or if it isn't delivered within 3 days, we return them automatically. Once delivered, a request is not refunded on preference; if it doesn't match what you asked for or breaks the rules, report it and our team will review it. Only requests suitable for all audiences are accepted. Ticket shows: during a ticket show only fans who bought a ticket can see and hear the creator. The creator announces how long the show lasts (from 5 minutes). Your tokens are held and charged when the show ends if it reached the announced length or 10 minutes, whichever comes first; if it is canceled, cut short or doesn't start within 2 hours of the announced time, we return them automatically. VIP club: each creator may offer VIP tiers paid with tokens for 30 days. Access starts immediately, so that payment is non-refundable; it does not renew automatically (you renew whenever you want). The creator describes each tier's benefits and must deliver them; if not, report it. All club content must also be suitable for all audiences. Private video calls: charged per minute at the price the creator shows. When you call, the minimum minutes are held; if she doesn't answer or you cancel before she answers, everything is returned. If you hang up, you pay the minutes used with the minimum; if she hangs up or you hang up to report, only the minutes used. The call continues minute by minute while you have balance (up to 60 minutes) and ends automatically when the paid time runs out. Video calls are not recorded. The same rules apply: nothing sexual or suggestive, no contact details or outside payments; either side can hang up and report. Fan public profile: you can add a photo, cover and bio and post photos (not videos) on your profile, which any user can see along with your level and, if you allow it, the clubs you support. Before uploading you accept the content rules. What you post appears immediately, but our team audits it and may remove it and suspend your account if it breaks the rules. Illegal material, especially involving minors, is reported to the authorities with the account data. Messages to creators remain text only. Activity wheel: some creators have a wheel with activities of their own (dance, sing, a shout-out…). You can buy a spin at the price shown; the system picks the result at random among those activities and the creator performs it live. The prize is always an activity by the creator: never tokens, money, content or gifts. A spin counts as a gift and is non-refundable. Level-based posts: some posts can only be seen by fans who have given that creator a certain total in gifts and purchases; levels are not sold separately.

For personalized content, tokens are held until delivery. If the creator does not deliver within the stated time, the tokens return to your balance.

6. Code of conduct

Prohibited: sexual, suggestive or explicit content; harassment, threats, hate or discrimination; any involvement of minors; violence, drugs or illegal activity; spam, scams or impersonation.

Also prohibited: asking for or sharing personal or contact details (phone, address, private social accounts), offering or requesting payments outside the platform, or trying to meet a creator in person.

Do not attempt to breach the platform, automate accounts or exploit bugs to obtain tokens.

7. Moderation

Creators may mute anyone who breaks the rules in their stream. We may remove content and mute, suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

We keep chat, direct message and gift records for safety, handling reports and resolving disputes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sharing phone numbers, emails or other contact or payment channels in direct messages is not allowed. Creators may send photos, videos and audio in messages; fans can only send text. Files and packs are published without prior review, but our team audits them and may remove anything that breaks the rules.

8. Creators

Creators are independent contractors, not employees of LMT Live. Their participation, earnings and payouts are governed by a separate agreement. Creators' opinions are their own.

9. Intellectual property

The LMT Live brand, design and software belong to us. What you post (for example, chat messages) remains yours, but you grant us a free, worldwide license to display it within the service and to moderate it.

Do not record, copy or redistribute streams without the creator's permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

LMT Live is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or stream quality, which depends on each person's connection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Esmo Marketing LLC against third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms or the law.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you on the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use LMT Live afterwards means you accept the new version.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. The sections on tokens, liability, indemnification and governing law survive closure.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Before any formal claim, write to us so we can try to resolve it directly within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of New Jersey, unless the law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
