Creator Terms

These terms apply to anyone who creates a creator profile on LMT Live, operated by Esmo Marketing LLC (New Jersey, USA), in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Being a creator on LMT Live does not require signing with any agency; agency representation is a separate, optional agreement. If you sign up through a leader's, academy's or referrer's link, that person will see your stage name, whether your identity is verified, how many tokens you generate and (the academy) how many lives and hours you stream; the academy may also assign you a leader from its team. Identity verification is done only by LMT. They will never see your legal name, documents, contact details or messages. Whoever invited you receives a commission paid by the platform without deducting it from your earnings.
1. Requirements
You must be 18 or older and verify your identity with a valid government ID and a selfie. Until our team approves your identity you cannot stream, post or receive payouts.
Your information must be accurate. One person may have only one creator profile.
2. Relationship
You are an independent creator, not an employee, partner or agent of LMT Live.
You are responsible for your own taxes. Before your first payout we will ask for a W-8BEN form (or W-9 if you reside in the US).
3. Content
All your content must follow the Content Rules: no sexual or suggestive content or nudity; only you (18+) appear; no personal data and no off-platform contact or payments.
Content is published immediately and audited by our team. We may remove content, refund fans for it (deducted from your earnings) and suspend or close your profile for violations.
You keep ownership of your content and grant us a free, worldwide license to display, store and promote it within LMT Live while your profile is active.
4. Earnings and payouts
You earn 45% of what fans pay for the tokens you receive in gifts, packs, exclusive posts, shows, video calls and other sales. If you have an academy, LMT Live pays its commission separately: nobody may deduct or charge you a percentage. LMT Live covers payment fees.
We pay by periods (usually weekly) once your balance exceeds $20; otherwise it carries over.
Refunded purchases, chargebacks or fraud may be deducted. We do not promise any level of income.
5. Conduct
Asking for or accepting payments, gifts or contact outside LMT Live, meeting fans in person through the platform, or manipulating gifts or accounts is prohibited.
6. Closure and changes
You may close your profile at any time by writing to livemodelstalent@gmail.com; we will pay any pending balance above the minimum.
We may change these terms with prior notice in your Studio. Governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
